How to Use

Insert the ice cup holder into the top of the ice cup, gently pressing down to ensure a tight seal
Fill the ice cup water
Place in a freezer for 3-4 hours or until frozen solid
Remove from the freezer and gently twist the ice holder section to expose the ice
Using a circular motion, massage the affected area for up to 20 minutes
Note: It is recommended that an absorbent towel be placed under the area to be treated

Care Instructions

Rinse the ice cup massager with water and allow to air dry completely before storing it
