The AirSep External Batteries are the newest product from the line that created the smallest oxygen concentrators on the market. They are compatible with the Focus, Freestyle 3, and Freestyle 5. They are a lightweight, clip-on battery and just as convenient as the alternate AirSep AirBelt. The batteries can be charged at the same time in their personal charging dock separate from the unit. They are a great alternative for those who want more battery life for their lightweight portable.
The batteries are small and light enough to wear underneath your jacket, making your oxygen therapy use even more inconspicuous. No more need to fuss with the belt, just clip the battery to your belt, pocket, or the unit itself. Plug it into the concentrator and you are ready to add more hours to your day out.
Each battery only takes 5 hours to recharge from 0-100%. One battery will last for 3.5 hours on a setting of 2 with the AirSep Focus. With the battery, the Freestyle can give you up to 6 hours on a setting of 1 and 5 hours on a setting of 2.5. The Freestyle 5 can give you up to 4 hours on the setting of 1 and 2 hours on the setting of 5.
These batteries will also inform you immediately when the charge is getting low so that you may have time to go to a power source and charge the battery or run your machine on its internal battery. The indicator light on its side will visually show you how much charge is left.
