Remove from the freezer
Replace the fabric cover if desired

Place the gel pack only in a microwave for 15 seconds, followed by 5-second intervals if necessary
Watch carefully while heating. Temperature should not exceed 150 degrees Fahrenheit
Remove from microwave and secure in the fabric cover
